Broken Leg:
In football you may get a broken leg if you go into a tackle whilst the person is wrekless tackler. A way to avoid one of these injuries is to stay out of a 2 footed tackle. If you break your leg you will be generally be out for at least 6-8 weeks. You are likely to get a broken leg in football as there is people sliding into tackles and you could be on the wrong end of one and get seriously hurt.
Broken Ankle:
A broken ankle could happen in running if you go over on your ankle funny you could seriously hurt your self. For example if you are running you could fall in a pot hole and either twist your ankle or break it. If you do end up breaking it you would need to rest it and after a few weeks it will gradually heal its self. A broken ankle is caused in football by people using metal studs and getting tackled badly in the ankle this could cause serious breaks.
Head Injury:
A head injury will probably occur most in rugby as you are in the scrum as there is alot of punching going on. If you get a head injury you are most likely to be knocked out or just feel dizzy.You will probably be out for a few weeks just rest and you will be fine. You will get a head injury in football if you go up for a header and you get head butted also if you get kicked in the head as a keeper it could have a massive effect for a long period of time. An example of this is the keeper peter cech he got kicked in the head and now he has a head guard every time he playes football.
Broken/Sprained Wrist
The common sport you brake your wrist in is basketball due to the impact of the ball being threw to you.A broken wrist is treated like a brake or a fracture,it is put in a cast for 6-7 weeks under supervision. A sprained wrist can happen any time in a game of football it can happen when you take a throw in or if you are a keeper and you go out to get the ball and you get kicked in the hand this will cause a sprain or a break and it will cause a massive problem in your sport.
Graze/Cut
A graze can happen in any sport but it mostly happens in football. You can get a graze when you fall over and graze your knee. This is only a minor injury but if not treated right it can get infected and you will be out for a longer period of time than you need to be.
